Milk is the least forgiving thing that passes through a coffee machine. Protein and fat deposits build up inside frothers, milk lines and steam wands within a single day of service. NICE COLOUR milk system cleaner is a liquid cleaner made to dissolve those deposits and keep the milk path hygienic and free flowing.
How to use
Automatic milk systems. Mix the cleaner with water as directed on the label, draw the solution through the milk system in place of milk, then repeat the cycle with clean water to rinse.
Wands, tubes and jugs. Soak steam wand tips, milk tubes and jugs in a diluted solution, then rinse all parts thoroughly before service.
Routine. Clean the milk system daily in commercial service. Always follow the dilution and directions printed on the label.
