A working espresso machine collects coffee oil in every part the coffee touches: group heads, portafilters, baskets and screens. NICE COLOUR cleaning powder strips that residue back to clean metal, in the machine and in the soak bucket, so every shot tastes like the beans and not like yesterday’s service.
How to use
Backflush. Fit the blind filter, add a measure of powder to the group handle, and run short flush cycles with rests in between. Finish with clean water flushes until the water runs clear.
Soak. Dissolve powder in hot water and soak portafilters, baskets, screens and removable parts, then rinse thoroughly before returning them to service.
Routine. In commercial service, backflush daily and soak parts weekly. Always follow the dosage and directions printed on the label.
